International Construction Law Press (ICLP) is an independent academic publisher established in 2025. The Press operates in academic cooperation with the Slavic-Greek-Latin Academy (Moscow) and specializes in publishing scholarly works in the fields of international construction law, international construction contract law, and related legal disciplines.

ICLP publishes peer-reviewed monographs, collected volumes, and academic articles in five languages: English, Russian, German, Spanish, and Hebrew.

The Press aims to promote high standards of legal scholarship and to contribute to the development of international construction law as an independent field of legal science.
